AAP Metal Fabrication Services Ltd has built up a long standing reputation for first class quality products and service based on experience gained since it was established. Throughout the years a considerable proportion of our business has come through repeat orders, from customers who are happy to use our complete service time after time.
Primarily, our main role is to find a solution to our clients problems. We believe in working closely with our client from the initial site evaluation to discuss the problem and your requirements. Our engineer will propose a cost-effective solution tailored to meet the customers exact requirements, clearly detailing all aspects of the project. To ensure that the quality and service the customer receives is of the highest standard, we have a continuous investment programme devoted to training all members of staff.

AAP Metal Fabrication Services Ltd is situated on the Bede Industrial Estate in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear. Our purpose built premises allow our workforce to carry out their work cost effectively and with great efficiency. It incorporates up to date machinery and equipment, providing us with a competitive edge. This gives us the flexibility we need to carry out fabrication jobs of all sizes and complexities.
Our main premises were designed, built and commissioned by us to include a 22,000 square foot fabrication workshop providing a modern working environment for our highly skilled workforce. We also have acquired another property of 8,000 square foot which adjacent to our main factory, in order to fully satisfy the business needs.
Product Range and Capabilities
AAP Metal Fabrication Services Ltd are able to manufacture any size job, from the small one off item to large prestigious turnkey projects for multi-national companies. We are skilled at working in any environment.
All projects can be carried out with or without customer involvement and will be programmed to minimise disruption to the customer.
Depending on customer requirements we routinely produce one off prototypes or numerous batch quantities, working to customer drawings or from our design as commissioned by the customer.
We manufacture and install all manner of items. We specialise in the manufacture of products from various thickness plate, section and components in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper varying in grade and various engineering plastics.
AAP Metal Fabrication Services Ltd have manufactured all types of stainless steel products for numerous applications, ranging from the pharmaceutical industry to the chemical industry. The pharmaceutical industry requires the very highest quality fabrications, to include highly polished surfaces and crevice free welding to ensure when swab tested, they are bacteria free. The chemical industry requires products to be manufactured to a very high standard maintaining precise control, working to specification for materials and method of construction.
Health and Safety
At AAP Metal Fabrication Services Ltd, we have a pro-active approach to health, safety and welfare. We understand the importance of Health and Safety within the workplace and on site, and it is imperative that our workforce is fully trained and knowledgeable to ensure we continue to achieve a high standard of Health and Safety. Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture is key.
In our workshops, all operatives are inducted and trained in the use of machinery and tooling as per the requirements of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations.
The Company is keen on developing skills and knowledge. We also offer NVQ’s and Apprenticeships for those who would like to further their education and knowledge. These NVQ’s have included:
